Professional Skippers & Crew Wanted

Charter Boat Central is looking for professional skippers to work aboard a range of charter vessels.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • Vessel manoeuvring, navigation and operations
  • Providing exceptional customer service and care
  • Management of crew and passengers
  • Compliance with regulatory and company safety procedures

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Current Master 24 certificate of competency
  • MED 3 certificate of competency
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Current Certificate of Medical Fitness (AMSA or equivalent)
  • Proven skills to be highly organised, energetic and positive
  • The ability to demonstrate independence, integrity, possess a strong work ethic, and be self-motivated and use initiative
  • Exceptional regard for personal presentation and hygiene
  • Proven interpersonal skills and a strong ability to communicate at all levels
